According to University recommendation, I took the IELTS exam as my english ability leaving test. During the 3 yrs of my university life, I indeed seldom required to use english formally. But I believed that any language skills require long and continuous practice in order to competent, so I only prepare for 1 day beforehand and then went to test.
Fortunately my believe seems true, and I think I have demonstrated my ability well enough for a passing score. Now only need to wait for the result announcement on 6 Apr.
